Shaping the future of an art magazine

Flaneur is an art magazine focussing on one street per issue. While the content is produced by local artists of all disciplines, a magazine team of five orchestrates it all into one literary bliss. When the work behind issue no.7 was coming to a close, the crew was struggling to find a vision for what's next. Through a series a co-creative sessions, we digested earlier highs and lows, dreamed up a common image for the future and hence developed a hands-on plan for staying true to the teams' values and becoming financially sustainable at the same time.
